Warranty

Electronic Bidet Shop, hereinafter, referred to as EBS is a reseller of various brands of electronic bidets. Products sold by Electronic Bidet Shop are not manufactured by Electronic Bidet Shop however we handle manufacturers warranties ourselves. This means you don’t need to go anywhere else to claim your warranty. EBS is your one stop shop for all warranty handlings for all of the products we sell. Electronic Bidet Shop assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products or their UK representatives/main distributor. Electronic Bidet Shop MAKES no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Electronic bidet shop disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

All goods sold by EBS come with a one year back-to-base manufacturer warranty. This warranty is not transferable. Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers or their authorized repair and maintenance centers. EBS can not be held responsible for any delays however, EBS would be happy to assist our customer s in this regard. No refund can be provided for any warranty claims under any circumstances. This is applicable for both the Electronic bidet shop and the manufacturer however, EBS/manufacturer may decide to offer a purchase credit towards a new product, should the faulty product could not be repaired or the product model had become obsolete. The amount of the credit offered would be solely decided by the EBS/manufacturer.

This Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Electronic Bidet Shop and is extended to the original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover any other equipment used in conjunction with the item(s) sold by Electronic Bidet Shop.

Customer must call EBS/Manufacturer/agent and obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back the product for the purpose of any warranty claims to EBS or to the Manufacturer or its agent. This RMA number must be clearly written before the postal address of the addressee. Please note that your warranty claim may not get processed if it the item is received without an authorized RMA number.

Any unauthorized repair or upgrade voids warranty. Unless a unit is dead on arrival or damaged in transit, in which case it must be reported to EBS within 7 days of receiving, goods remain the property of customer. Electronic Bidet Shop will not be liable for any loss, whether material or not of such goods.

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, installed without following installation instructions, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged or used under wrong voltage etc.

Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise. If any item(s) returned for warranty claim is determined to be physically damaged, the item(s) will be returned to the customer as is.

Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance costs involved in sending goods back to Electronic Bidet Shop. Electronic Bidet Shop is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Electronic Bidet Shop. It is in customer’s interest to buy enough transit insurance to cover the risk of such an eventuality. Product(s) discontinued by manufacturer(s) shall be upgraded to a similar product or a credit will be given at the current market value of the obsolete product or the purchase price whichever is lower.
